Supplier partners play a significant role in the Combined Convention by underwriting program and catering costs, making the event more affordable and accessible for our members to attend.
Sponsor packages are designed to promote MAXIMUM visibility and interaction – with an exhibit space, exclusive marketing, and person-to-person conversations with the Convention audience.
Tabletop exhibit space is limited and subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Complete and return the Reservation Form to the CFDA office ASAP.
An invoice will be issued for payment of sponsorship and exhibit fees. A confirmation with additional details will also be sent via email to the primary contact person listed on the Reservation Form.

Details on how to register personnel and purchase tickets will be sent to confirmed Sponsors and Exhibitors on or before June 15, 2017.

The Combined Convention provides a showcase for products and services available for use by registered funeral establishments, crematories and cemeteries, and employees of those businesses. Personnel for Convention sponsors and exhibitors must be registered with the Colorado Funeral Directors Association to be allowed access to designated Convention areas.
At its discretion, CFDA may allow non-exhibiting suppliers to attend certain Convention functions; non-exhibiting suppliers are prohibited from marketing and sales activities at the Combined Convention at all times.
